Full Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of the Dees Insurance Group, LLC family of companies (“DIG”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) for our insurance business on our website (“Site”) and/or mobile applications (“App”). This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by the Site and the App, and is intended to generally notify you of the following:

By using the Site or App you agree to this Privacy Policy and the collection and use of information contemplated by its terms. This is DIG’s entire and Privacy Policy, and it supersedes any earlier version. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect from all sources. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any non-DIG affiliates. It also does not apply to the practices of our licensees or business partners. These might include, for example, vendors or advertisers.

HOW WE SECURE AND RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION
DIG takes precautions to protect your information. While we protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Our employees are prohibited from using or disclosing information for any purpose other than performing their work for DIG.
YOUR OPTIONS AND CHOICES
By having an insurance policy with DIG, you give us your consent to contact you with communications relating to your policy and our services.
Review or correct your information. You can request to review personally identifiable information you have provided to DIG. To do this please send an email to info@deesinsurance.com requesting to review the information you provided us. If you believe that our information is incomplete or inaccurate, you can request that we correct it. Please note we may not be able to provide information relating to investigations, claims, litigation, and other matters. We will be happy to make corrections whenever possible. We will respond to all such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Opt-out of email marketing distribution by unsubscribing or contacting us directing. If you do not have, or no longer have a policy with us, you can contact us at info@deesinsurance.com and request that we remove you from our marketing distribution lists. Please note that once you request removal, it may take up to 2 weeks to stop receiving email from us.
You have the right to know what information is collected, disclosed or shared about you. You also have the right to have this information deleted when permitted by law, and to opt out of the sharing of any information. Here we explain how this works.
DIG collects personal information about you in its regular course of business. In addition to the information above, specific pieces of personal information collected, disclosed or shared is dependent on your relationship with us. In the last 12 months, DIG has collected the following information for the following purposes:
If you inquire about a quote with us, we collect name, date of birth, driver’s license data, your phone number, marital status, homeowner status, physical address, and email address. We will also collect this information about household drivers if added to a policy. We also collect vehicle information such as VIN, year/make/model, your annual mileage, and vehicle usage information. We also partner with third parties to collect driving violation information and claims and accident histories to offer you a quote for insurance.
If you purchase a policy with us, we may also collect additional insured/lienholder information and payment information from you.
If you have a claim with us, we collect claims related information including, but not limited to, vehicle information, involved parties, and medical information.
We may collect information you provide to us through surveys, mobile permissions, and/or customer support interactions.
Now that you are informed of the information we collect, disclose or share about you, you may have the right to delete this information. Certain information cannot be deleted because of legal and business reasons. We will inform you if this is the case after receiving a confirmation of your request to delete. You also have the right to opt out of the practice of sharing your information with third parties for business purposes. Contact us at info@deesinsurance.com to request to opt-out.
If you are unable to make these requests yourself, you can appoint an authorized agent to do so by providing the authorized agent written permission. The agent can then contact us at info@deesinsurance.com.

Messaging Privacy Policy
This Messaging Program Privacy Policy explains how DIG collects and uses information about you in relation to its text message communication program (the “Text Service”). We use Ring Central (through Agency Zoom) to provide the Text Service to you. For the purposes of the text Service, Ring Central acts as our service provider and data processor of your information.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We collect various information on our behalf from and about you, including information you directly provide when you use the Text Service. For example, we collect the phone number and email address you provided when signing up for the Text Service. When you send messages via the Text Service, we will also collect your messaging history and any information included in those messages.
USE OF INFORMATION
We use your information to deliver, analyze, maintain and support the Messaging Service. We may also use your information to enhance the Messaging Service features and customize and personalize your experiences on the Messaging Service.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
We may share, transfer, or disclose your information, if you consent to us doing so, as well as in the following circumstances:

Service Providers. We may share your information with third parties to help us provide the Text Service to you.

Unfortunately, no online activity can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information against unauthorized use or disclosure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide.
