She's a graduate of the University of South Florida, although she spent a few years up in Tallahassee cheering on the Noles! Armed with a degree in Hospitality Management and Business Administration, Courtney embarked on her professional journey in healthcare, where she quickly recognized the importance of exceptional customer service.

In April 2016, Courtney brought her talents and passion for serving others to the DIG Team. Since then, she's been honing her skills in both personal and commercial insurance lines, all while exuding warmth and hospitality in her interactions with clients.
