Joining The DIG Team in April 2023, Kailey's background in various customer service roles across different industries has equipped her with a unique blend of efficiency and charm that shines through in every interaction – whether it's in person, over the phone, or via email.

A true aficionado of martial arts and horseback riding from a young age, Kailey's passions extend to the kitchen, where her love for cooking and all things coffee truly flourishes. In fact, her expertise in the art of coffee-making has even inspired us to make some upgrades to our office coffee bar!

When she's not impressing us with her barista skills or assisting clients with their insurance needs, Kailey finds joy in her most cherished role – being a mom. With a heart for serving her community and a genuine dedication to our team's values, Kailey is the epitome of what we stand for here at DIG.
