Rachel Matichak

Meet Rachel, a Connecticut native with a heart as warm as the Florida sunshine. Born and raised in Rocky Hill, Rachel's journey led her from the bustling streets of Boston, where she pursued her passion for early childhood education, to the serene shores of Sarasota in 2005.

With a zest for learning and a desire to serve her community, Rachel embarked on a career in the insurance industry shortly after settling in Florida. After obtaining her license in 2010, she spent 11 years honing her skills and expertise at a local national carrier, where she became well-versed in the nuances of insurance.

In June of 2023, Rachel made her triumphant return to the workforce, joining the DIG team after a two-year hiatus to focus on her most important role yet: being a devoted mother to her son, Jackson.

Rachel's true happiness lies in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving husband, Matt, and their cherished son, Jackson. On weekends, you'll often find her exploring the local farmers markets, immersing herself in the pages of a captivating book, or basking in the Florida sunshine with family and friends.

With her unwavering dedication to her family and community, Rachel brings a sense of warmth and authenticity to everything she does, and we're thrilled to have her as a valued member of our team here at DIG.
